About Sean
Clear thinking. Practical action. Meaningful results.
Sean Thomas Enderwick has spent nearly three decades helping organizations turn complex technology and business change into practical ways of working. A Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, he works across organizational change, CRM strategy, business analysis, enterprise data, and technology adoption.
His focus is execution: turning strategy into practical action, helping people adopt new ways of working, and delivering meaningful results.
Sean is the author of The Practical Guide to Organizational Change Management and The Practical Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace. Both books reflect the same point of view: professionals do not need more theory, hype, or jargon. They need clear thinking, straight answers, and useful tools they can put to work on Monday.
Sean writes from the employee’s side of the desk. He lives in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and publishes through Lycanthropy Works.
Why Lycanthropy Works
A consistent home for books that do not have to be the same.
Lycanthropy Works is Sean’s independent publishing imprint. It gives each book room to establish its own voice, subject, and visual identity while keeping a deliberate home for the work.
The first two titles are practical workplace books. Future work may range beyond business. The common thread is not genre. It is a clear point of view, deliberate craft, an honest voice, and a reason for the book to exist.
The gallery stays recognizable. The books are allowed to be very different paintings.
Current books
Two practical starting points.
One focuses on organizational change. The other focuses on practical AI. Both are built for the work people actually do.
